About Me
Hi, I’m Oréoluwa, founder of Aláró Bookkeeping—a woman-owned boutique firm based in Virginia Beach, VA, dedicated to helping small business owners gain clarity, confidence, and control over their finances.
With over 10 years of experience in accounting and financial management, I’ve worked with businesses of all sizes—from startups to established firms. I know firsthand how overwhelming bookkeeping can feel when you're trying to do it all. That’s why I created Aláró Bookkeeping—to take that stress off your plate so you can focus on what truly matters: growing your business and living your vision.
The name “Aláró” is rooted in my Yoruba heritage and means “the one who handles wealth.” It reflects both my cultural identity and the core of what I do—manage, protect, and grow wealth with excellence, transparency, and care.
I believe bookkeeping isn’t just about numbers—it’s about stories, decisions, and building legacy. And for me, wealth is more than financial—it's emotional, spiritual, and relational too.
While I have a heart for supporting women in business, I proudly serve all entrepreneurs who are ready to take their finances seriously and grow with confidence.
When I’m not managing books, I’m traveling, exploring new cultures, or creating community spaces that uplift others. I’m passionate about helping visionary entrepreneurs turn chaos into clarity—one ledger at a time.
